x-symbol patch for 21.5.X (was: XEmacs 21.5.30 "garlic" is released.)

I am a little confused now. Do I understand correctly the
relevant patch is the last one you already committed, so I
will download 21.5.31 and try it out? So no need to apply
the x-symbol patch you sent me in the last email?
