Cannot commit to packages

I do not seem to be able to commit to the edit-utils package:

cd scmroot/xemacs-packages/xemacs-packages/edit-utils

hg commit

hg push
pushing to https://bitbucket.org/xemacs/edit-utils
searching for changes
http authorization required
realm: Bitbucket.org HTTP
user: acs at xemacs.org
password:
abort: authorization failed

I think that is the procedure I use for committing to 21.4 and 21.5 or
am I missing something?
