New mirror in Germany

[mirrors at mail.vssgmbh.com]

Hi,

I have setup a new xemacs mirror for Germany.

url.........: xemacs.linux-mirror.org
update daily: /usr/bin/rsync -avz --delete rsync.xemacs.org::xemacsweb .. 
connection..: 100mbit
locaction...: Cologne / Germany
admin.......: mirrors at vssgmbh.com

add the mirror to the mirror list please.
