There’s a slight difference to the patch posted, in that if a language
environment name is already of the form ‘Flange (sprocket)’ and the variant
language environment creation would result in ‘Flange (sprocket)
(CODING-SYSTEM-NAME)’, it moves to ‘Flange (CODING-SYSTEM-NAME)’ instead.
