I mean that any file system, AFAIK including the UFS and HFS+ systems
available standard on Mac OS X, can contain different files whose file
names are different according to the file system, but whose names are
equivalent in a system that conforms to the Unicode standard.  I don't
think that any sane program will produce such on the Mac, but it is
not obvious to me that they can't arise in various devious ways (like
mounting a disk image produced on a different system).
