[PATCH] ISO weeks for calendar

Just wanted to chime in that I'll look at this.  Someone also recently
posted a different implementation on comp.emacs.xemacs.   Similar
hacks have been posted to the emacs groups as well.  The calendar
maintainers there expressed some concern that people happened to be
hacking some portions of calendar code that was a bit fragile.  

I'm heading out of town on a work assignment for about 6 weeks, so I
doubt I'll have much time to test or experiment with things much while
I'm gone.
