[PATCH] ISO weeks for calendar

hm, have to look more often in that newsgroups. But it's OK to have
more than one approach for this iso week problem. Perhaps the other

That's correct ;).

No problem. Perhaps I put the hack on a webserver the next
days. So if it doesn't make its way into the calendar package, everyone
who is interested in, can fetch it from the webserver.
