Not much, and it's harder than binding the Windows key: AFAIK
cut-and-paste on Windows uses the Control key, not the Windows key,
which means losing C-z, C-x, C-c, and C-v.
This is what Kim Storm's cua.el is supposed to do, but I don't know
that anybody ever made a serious attempt to port it to XEmacs.
