As I commented back in December 2006,
http://mid.gmane.org/17780.36600.227379.426413@parhasard.net , GNU’s
#'what-cursor-position behaviour when handed a prefix argument is nice. This
imports that, adding support for Unihan.txt and db/dbm caches. You’ll need
to set describe-char-unihan-file and call
#'unidata-initialize-unicodedata-database on it at least once; I suspect the
latter function should be a command. Will not work if your XEmacs doesn’t
have DBM or DB support.
