Hi Guys, I've tried to report this a couple of times.

Could someone please take a look at this?

We still have some XEmacs mirror sites updating via the ftp mirror
package and they are out of date, possibly due to this problem?

E.g.
http://ftp.br.xemacs.org/pub/xemacs/binaries/win32/InnoSetup/
