Sure.  So what?  You know how mail works; it will get through
eventually.

http://www.dotsrc.org/ is up.  Various machines are up.  I'm not
getting "connection refused" as reported on www.xemacs.org, I'm
getting "permission denied".  If they don't want further information
about trouble that users are having because nothing is expected to be
working yet, they can and should post a short statement to the home
page.
