I will update the website will the appropriate links.

A few questions before I do that:

o Would it be possible to setup http access to the ftp space as well?

That way people behind firewalls could manually access XEmacs packages
or releases via HTTP.

o Would it be OK if I set up ftp.cn.xemacs.org to point to
  ftp.cn.postgresql.org and set up links to your site as
  ftp://ftp.cn.xemacs.org/pub/xemacs ?

o Finally, would you like to set up an XEmacs website mirror for china
  as well?

If yes, let me know where I should point the
www.cn.xemacs.org CNAME, so that

http://www.cn.xemacs.org/

will work.
