[Administrators] Update on new calypso box (new mail server)

If you are interested in doing the mailman work, you are welcome to be the
main admin.
Someone installed the version we are running and I simply took the old dead
stuff and recreated the lists. I also wrote a script to send the list
members to the list owner on a weekly basis so in case of failure, the list
could be created with current members.
