I'm trying to get a prototype of this running. But I have few questions:
What domains should be part of the setup? tux.org is a given, but which
other "multi domains" do we need?
If user "peter" is an account both on the tux.org and "another.org"
domains, it would be two different imap/pop logins?
Does the multiple domain and user setup also have to cover shell/login
access? In other words, would an ldap central repository make sense?

That's one option - but makes a central dependency that would worry me.
LDAP is at least easy to replicate across nodes. But I would like to see
your links if you don't mind?
