Mailman list admin at Tux: moderation queues and shunted requests

In doing some list admin for XEmacs lists, I noticed that "yhslug" has
over 1350 backed up moderation requests and "shenlug" has 300.  AFAIK
this is /not/ a bottleneck for Mailman processing in general, but it's
unclean.  Also, the moderators for those lists are likely to
experience timeouts in the web interface for moderation.

Also, "ma-linux" has a couple of old requests shunted because Mailman
couldn't handle the text encoding.

I'd be happy to help out if the list admins want it; have them write me.
