[Yhslug] The YHSLUG is Back!

After a long hiatus, the YHSLUG is being reactivated. It has two new student
leads, myself and Thomas Doggette, with Jeff Elkner as the faculty sponsor.
We have a new web site up at yhslug.tux.org.

Several issues need to be discussed before a meeting can occur:
-Presentations: Two people have come forward with ideas for presentations;
Jason Straw with a presentation on Curriculum Development using Wiki
technology and Matt Ahrens with a howto on installing Linux on a Buffalo
router. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
-Meeting Schedule: We could stick with the original time (third Friday of
the month, 7:00 PM) or establish a different meeting schedule.
-Moving Forward: What Linux based events are coming up? Is the DC Ubuntu
Local Community Team having any events?
-Management: Who is in charge of setting up events? Managing mailing lists?

Open discussion and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
