Summary:
Ubuntu 7.10 shall be called Gutsy Gibbon
Glossy Gnu was a choice however there were possible issues with GNU
New super strict (no proprietary blobs ) Ubuntu version (Ed: Ubuntu FE?)
A lighter weight server install
Improvements to Ubiquity for easier installs such as an unattended install
for quick workstation deployment.
Composite by default (Ed: What about the ATI binaries, they don't support
compositing yet !?)
The next Ubuntu Developer Summit will be in Sevilla,Spain from the 5th to
the 11th of May
The UDS for Gutsy +1 will be in Boston in November (Ed: That's pretty close)
