   in case it might be of interest, there's a kindly worded profile article

    i'd like to thank the many folks in this users group who've helped nurture
my interest in free software, in particular jeffrey elkner.

     i can't believe the reporter didn't mention elkner by name in the article.
i must have mentioned elkner's name about 8 times in my phone conversation with
the reporter. honest.

       and i have to say i'm greatly inspired by the student leaders within
yhslug. your boldness, curiosity, collegiality and generosity point towards a
better world.

       be not shy in changing the world. a better world is within our grasp, but
we must decidedly grasp for it.
