    this linux-based web surfing tablet and media player is getting some
strongly favorable reviews. see, for example,

and it looks to be generally affordable, at $399

     it would be sweet seeing one of these up close. i wonder if nokia would
loan one of these for a month for one of our luggers to test out and report to
the group on.
