If you're having troubles coming up with a nomination, here's
an idea: Considering that one of the main criteria for the
prize is something of great use by non-profits, Mailman[1]
would fit the bill. And lead Mailman developer (and one of
the stars of the hit video "Introducing Python"[2]), Barry
Warsaw happens to be local. He's also working for Canonical
these days, and is a member of the Ubuntu DC LoCo. :-)

* Mark Sapiro and Tokio Kikuchi are also listed as core
  Mailman developers.

So, what say ye to nominating Mailman, Barry, et al? If
interested, go to the web site mentioned in the previous
message, print a nomination form and fill it out.

P.S. If you've ever had your GPG key signed[3], you're probably
within six degrees of separation from Barry. ;-)
