I asked around a bit and it sounds like the Google Groups is a good 
place, or there is a "Get Feedback" link on the site near the bottom 
bar, which I think was just recently added.  I'm not sure if it was 
already part of the last release, or added in response to my asking 
about it, but it's there now.

I passed along the suggestion to notify users when their videos are 
"Pick"ed, so we'll see what happens.
